EqualXS operates equalxs.org, a global platform that connects learners, earners, and independent service providers, including mentors, tutors, educators, and employers.

These Terms govern your use of the platform. By using EqualXS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

EqualXS provides tools and resources, including:

• Learning and skill development content
• Self-assessment and activity tools
• Certificate generation
• Access to mentors, internships, and freelance opportunities

EqualXS is solely a technology platform for connection. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or educational institution, and we do not employ, supervise, or guarantee any user or provider.

EqualXS is accessible globally and does not independently verify user age.

• If you are a minor, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to your use.
• Parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising a minor’s activity, interactions, and engagements.
• Adults arranging services for minors are solely responsible for evaluating providers and supervising all interactions.

EqualXS does not verify age, identity, or background of users.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Use the platform lawfully
• Not post false, harmful, or infringing content
• Not interfere with or disrupt the platform and platform users

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.

EqualXS connects users with independent third-party providers.

We do not:

• Vet, verify, or background check providers
• Validate credentials or qualifications
• Endorse or recommend any provider

All interactions, communications, and agreements are solely between users. EqualXS is not a party to any such relationship.

You are solely responsible for evaluating providers before engagement. This responsibility is heightened when minors are involved.

Users may upload profiles, listings, images, and other content.

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant EqualXS a non-exclusive license to display it
• You confirm you have rights to all content you upload

EqualXS does not verify the accuracy, legality, or ownership of user content and is not liable for it.

We do not pre-screen all content and cannot guarantee that all content is accurate or safe.

We may take action at our discretion but do not guarantee outcomes.

EqualXS is a global platform.

You are responsible for complying with all local laws, including those related to:

• Minors and contracts
• Data privacy
• Freelance or service engagement
• Licensing requirements

Use of the platform is at your own risk in jurisdictions where it may be restricted.

All platform materials (design, code, branding) belong to EqualXS.

You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

User-submitted content remains owned by the user.

Images on the platform may be AI-generated or sourced from third parties and are for illustrative purposes only.

Certificates are for personal development only and do not represent formal accreditation unless explicitly stated.

Content related to education, wellness, or careers is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, medical, or legal advice. Please make your own evaluation of authenticity and make your own decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EqualXS is not liable for:

• Interactions between users
• Actions of any provider or user
• Content accuracy or reliability
• Outcomes of services or engagements
• Loss of data or platform access

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

EqualXS’s total liability shall not exceed USD $100.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time. You may stop using the platform at any time.

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA.

Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, they will be handled via arbitration or courts in King County, Washington, USA.
